Meadowlight

Created as a soft joinery project, Meadowlight is a spherical paper lamp constructed from multiple pieces of laser-cut drawing paper that fit together without glue or ties. Designed in Adobe Illustrator, the panels feature dragonfly cutouts that allow the glow of a fairy light inside to shine through, casting patterns of light and shadow. This project deepened my understanding of modular design and soft joinery techniques, teaching me how delicate materials can be engineered into strong, interconnected forms that balance structure with atmosphere.
